Do you grind your teeth? Do you find yourself clenching your jaw? If so, mouth guards could be a great option to help combat these issues and improve your dental health. Bruxism happens when people grind or clench their teeth while they are asleep. Since this occurs involuntarily, it is rather hard to stop – but it can be controlled using a mouth guard.
There are numerous benefits to using a mouth guard, such as:

WHAT ARE

MOUTH GUARDS?

Athletes need to wear sports mouthguards to prevent dental trauma, such as fractured teeth and temporomandibular joint dislocation. Mouthguards are an important piece of protective equipment for individuals who participate in a contact sport. If you play soccer, rugby, cricket, hockey, skateboarding, gymnastics, or mountain biking, you will need a mouthguard to protect your teeth and gums. Our custom-made sports mouthguards provide a superior fit and offer the highest level of protection during contact sports activity.

OUR APPROACH TO

MOUTH GUARDs

If you’re in need of a nightguard or mouth guard, the first step is to visit us for an examination. During your review, we’ll take bite impressions of your teeth to use as a guide when fabricating your night guard.
The next step is placing your customized guard into a special machine that uses heat and pressure to fuse or shape it according to our specifications.
The final step would be to pick it up. Once you leave our office with your new mouth guard, you can start using it immediately!
